IT'S not often that A-list celebrities like Reese Witherspoon get upstaged.
The Water For Elephants actress looked starstruck as she was introduced to Kate Middleton at an event in Santa Barbara on Sunday, gazing wide-eyed at the royal as they had a chat.
Kate, who was looking her usually-polished self in a midnight-blue crocheted top and white pleated skirt, towered over Reese - who had donned a red linen shift dress with ruffled neck for the occasion.
The event, which marked the Launch of Tusk Trust's US Patron's Circle, saw Prince William and Kate mix with a number of stars, following their celeb hob-nobbing at the Bafta 'Brits to watch' bash the night before.
The royal couple, who are today flying home from their tour of the US and Canada, later moved on to the Inner City Arts Club in LA - where they showed off their art skills.
And judging by their works above, we're guessing Kate won over Wills in that department...
