Jedward reckon X Factor judges Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow and Tulisa won't outlast Louis

Jedward reckon Louis will be the ONLY X Factor judge who will actually last on the panel, and that Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow and Tulisa won?t be judges for long.

In an exclusive interview to launch Disney Universe, they told OK.co.uk: ?He?s not going to get sacked, Louis is like the best mentor on the show, no one else is like him.

?He?s like the original packet of crisps on The X Factor. All the other judges don?t matter, they?re all like special editions that will eventually go away but Louis will always be there.?

And when it comes down to eye candy on the judging panel, John and Edward reckon Kelly is the hottest of the current line-up, while they?re divided about whether Kelly is actually fitter than former judge Cheryl Cole.

When we asked them if Kelly would win out over Cheryl in the SexyFactor, John replied with a firm: ?No, no way,? but Edward was backing Kelly?s corner, responding with: "What ever!"

ABOVE: Jedward dressed up as Goofy and Aladdin for the launch of Disney Universe in Hamleys

The pair have been watching this year?s show religiously but tell us that health and safety got in the way of a good time when they were guests at the live shows.

They added: ?We were in the audience for the past two weeks and they wanted us to sit in the first two rows but we weren?t allowed to because of all the pyrotechnics and fire.?

Jedward also told us that they?re campaigning to get Simon Cowell back on the show after watching The US X Factor while they were filming their WoW Oh WoW video in LA last week.

They teamed up with fellow Celeb Big Brother 2011 contestant Tara Reid for the video, which they filmed on the infamous Venice Beach.

They said: ?It was crazy being in Los Angeles, everything is so cool and it was cool to see the Hollywood sign, go shopping and get smoothies.?

And while Hollywood is usually jam-packed with US celebs, the only close-encounter Jedward had was on the plane home with Cheryl Cole.

They added: ?Cheryl Cole was on the same flight as us on the way back, our fans were in the airport and they told us she was there but we never saw her on the flight. We think she went through a back entrance.?

Aww, better luck next time guys!

'Hoggers' bores in on a niche market

By

October 19, 2011 12:00 AM

Yes folks, we've reached the point where there is room for two cable shows about the capture of feral boars. Not to be confused with Discovery's ?Hogs Gone Wild,? the new series ?American Hoggers? (10 p.m., A&E) stars Jerry Campbell, a 64-year-old Texan who appears to have dedicated his life to the cause. He drives an armored jeep that would not look out of place in a ?Mad Max? movie. He also speaks in a nearly incomprehensible mumble that has to be subtitled.

His son, Robert, 28, is a tad less caffeinated than dad. He's philosophical about the hog-chase and even cites Chaucer at one juncture. And that's certain to be a first for a basic cable show about hogs and their pursuit. His sister, Krystal, 23, rounds out the trio. She's a rootin'-tootin' tomboy given to tight Western wear and blue eye shadow who can hog-tie with the best of them.

?Hoggers? remains blessedly free of reality show shenanigans and kooky contrivances. It's all about the hunt, with a dollop of family dynamics on the side. It's also free of much information. Why are there so many wild hogs? Where did they come from? Why have they become such a danger, and how much money does this feisty family make? Or rather, how much would they make, absent a TV contract?

? You can't take it with you, but you can still boss people around from beyond the grave. ?The Will: Outrageous Final Wishes 2? (8 p.m., ID) recalls some of the most famous and peculiar last requests and burial arrangements.

?The Will: Family Secrets Revealed? (9 p.m., ID) continues with the strange case of Howard Hughes' will, which seemed to bequeath a huge sum to an obscure gas station owner. The incident inspired ?Melvin & Howard,? an Oscar-winning 1980 movie directed by Jonathan Demme.

TONIGHT'S OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

? Game one of the World Series (7:30 p.m., Fox).

? Too s2pid 2 watch, ?H8R? has been canceled. Repeats of ?Ringer? (8 p.m., CW, TV-14) run in its place.

Overly Agressive Paparazzi Files Battery Report Against Demi Moore

1029_demi_moore_getty_ex
A photographer who claims to have had a run-in with Demi Moore yesterday has filed a battery report about the incident ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the photographer (who was not TMZ) claims Moore struck him as he tried to shoot her yesterday. We're told it's unclear where Moore allegedly struck the photog, but he displayed no visible injuries.

Judging from the photos of the incident ... it appears the pap was way too close and in her face.

According to our sources, the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department will be given the complaint and investigate.

Calls to Moore's rep were not returned.

Lindsay Lohan has returned to the L.A. County Coroner's Office this morning ... and this time she arrived with 20 minutes to spare!!

Lohan seemed to enjoy her first real shift on Friday ... when she washed soiled morgue linens and scrubbed toilets. But she kicked up a little controversy when she tried to buy cupcakes and burgers for the staff.

She later apologized ... saying she was simply trying to apologize for being late the day before.

Nancy Grace Sounds Off On Amanda Knox Verdict: ?It?s A Huge Miscarriage Of Justice?

First Published: October 4, 2011 1:05 PM EDT Credit: Getty Images

Nancy Grace / Amanda KnoxCaption Nancy Grace / Amanda Knox

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- On Monday, an Italian appeals court threw out Amanda Knox?s murder conviction and freed the 24-year-old after she spent almost four years in prison, but HLN host and ?Dancing with the Stars? contestant Nancy Grace feels justice was not served.

?I was very disturbed, because I think it is a huge miscarriage of justice,? Nancy told Access Hollywood?s Shaun Robinson after Monday?s ?DWTS? when asked about the high profile trial that also saw her co-defendant, Raffaele Sollecito, cleared of killing 21-year-old Meredith Kercher in 2007.

?I believe that while Amanda Knox did not wield the knife herself, I think that she was there, with her boyfriend, and that he did the deed, and that she egged him on. That?s what I think happened,? Nancy said, sharing her opinion.

Although the court overturned the conviction primarily based on discredited DNA evidence, Knox says she was not there the night of the murder, the Associated Press reported.

?[Kercher] had her bedroom next to mine. She was killed in our own apartment. If I had been there that night, I would be dead,? Knox told the court on Monday. ?I did not kill. I did not rape. I did not steal. I wasn?t there.?

Many celebrities took to Twitter on Monday celebrating the verdict, but Nancy claims to have more information than most.

?I think that people in general, including myself, want to believe good about other people and the population wants to believe that Amanda Knox is innocent. They want to believe that and I don?t blame them,? she explained. ?I?d like to believe it too, I just happen to know the facts.?

With Knox headed back to the U.S., many are wondering who will land the first interview with the headline-maker, but the HLN host isn?t throwing her hat into the ring.

?I?m not trying to get Amanda Knox?s first interview because? my show does not pay for interviews in any way,? Nancy told Shaun. ?I think whether she gets paid outright or whether it?s a licensing fee for a photograph, that?s the way a lot of networks get around paying for interviews, I absolutely would not stand to be on a show where we pay for guests or interviews. Second, I don?t think she?s going to tell the truth anyway, so what?s the point??

On Tuesday morning, Knox was first seen heading home from Rome. She then touched down at Heathrow Airport in London on her way back to America.

Lohan late to Day 1 of community service at morgue (AP)

LOS ANGELES ? Lindsay Lohan arrived late to her first day of community service at the county morgue Thursday and was turned away, another hiccup in the actress' effort to prove to a judge that she is complying with terms of her probation.

Lohan had been told to arrive at 8 a.m. for an orientation session but arrived 40 minutes late, spokesman Craig Harvey said. The actress was told to try again on Friday but will have to arrive at 7 a.m., he said.

Steve Honig, Lohan's spokesman, said in a statement that the actress was late because she didn't know which entrance to report to and "and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival."

Lohan apologized later Thursday on Twitter. "I'm sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner's office. Won't happen again, now I know where to go!" Lohan tweeted.

"With all the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I've never been so happy to go to therapy!!!!" she also tweeted.

The "Mean Girls" star's tardy arrival at the morgue came a day after she was scolded by a judge for being terminated from a community service assignment at a women's shelter. The hearing ended with Lohan's probation being revoked and her being led from court in handcuffs.

She later posted $100,000 bail and was released.

She remains on probation for a pair of drunken driving arrests in 2007 and a misdemeanor theft case filed earlier this year after she was accused of taking a $2,500 necklace without permission. She pleaded no contest in that theft case.

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to complete 16 hours of work at the morgue before a Nov. 2 hearing. The judge will determine whether Lohan violated the terms of her probation by being terminated from the Downtown Women's Center after being late several times and not showing up for her service.

The actress had done community service in recent days with the American Red Cross, but Sautner said Lohan would not get credit for that work as part of her court case.

A probation officer noted in a report filed Wednesday that Lohan told her that the work at the shelter was "not fulfilling."

Lohan will be doing mostly janitorial work at the morgue, Harvey said. Her duties will include cleaning and stocking restrooms, mopping floors and washing sheets that the facility uses, he said.

The actress will have to surrender her cellphone while working at the morgue and will have to bring her own lunch, Harvey said.

Beyonc's Baby Bump Missing from 'Love on Top' Music Video

Beyoncé's Baby Bump Missing from 'Love on Top' Music Video | Beyonce Knowles

Beyonc Knowles on Oct. 14

Daniel/Thorton/INF

Now you see it ? and now you don't!

Weeks after releasing a video for "Countdown," which featured her growing baby bump, Beyonc's video for "Love on Top" hit the web on Sunday.

This time, there's no visible belly on the singer, who's due in February. But there are plenty of fingers snapping, fancy footwork, sexy back-up dancers, a skimpy leotard, a golden tuxedo and more key changes than you can count.

But before rumors of a fake pregnancy reignite, the singer was spotted out and about in New York City on Friday, sporting a chic zip-up navy and black dress and looking like a proud and glowing mom-to-be.

Earlier this month, the singer's rep called reports of a fake bump, "stupid, ridiculous and false."

Beyonc first performed "Love on Top" at the Video Music Awards in August, when she announced ? by showing off her bump, of course ? that she and husband Jay-Z are expecting a baby.

Orlando Bloom's Irreverent 'Three Musketeers 3D'

Please wait...

Orlando Bloom plays the heavy in the new The Three Musketeers 3D, in theaters October 21, and he says "there's a lot of irreverence" in the action-adventure spectacle.

"We're updating the story by giving it a fresh take, a kind of almost contemporary feel," Orlando tells ET. "Of course, you're wearing period-esque costumes, and period sets, but we're really giving it a contemporary flavor ? and I think that's what makes it fun."

In The Three Musketeers 3D, Logan Lerman (Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief ) plays the young D'Artagnan, who teams up with wily musketeers Athos, Porthos and Aramis (Matthew MacFadyen, Ray Stevenson and Luke Evans) to prevent the villainous Cardinal Richelieu (Inglorious Basterds baddie Christoph Waltz) from seizing the French throne and engulfing Europe in war.

Inspired by the "incredible locations," sets and "great costumes" of the film, Orlando says with a smile, "It's kind of like we've been given the keys to the kingdom."

In a bit of a departure from his heroic roles in Pirates of the Caribbean and The Lord of the Rings, Orlando plays the dastardly Duke of Buckingham, and he explains, "He's a cad, he's a rogue ? he's arrogant, he's like a petulant child. ? I don't draw a sword, I don't even throw a punch -- I just have a few tantrums, which should be fun."

The exciting update of Alexandre Dumas' classic 17th century adventure is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson (Alien vs. Predator, Death Race) and also stars Mads Mikkelsen as Rochefort and Milla Jovovich as M'lady De Winter.

"It's a timely story about camaraderie ? all for one, one for all," explains Orlando. "It's got everything that you want for a great action-adventure, comedic thing. ? There's a lot of irreverence to this script ? it doesn't take itself seriously in the slightest."

Suspect in celebrity hacker case 'sorry for all of this' - CNN

'Hackerazzi' suspect admits to misdeeds
  • It's "probably one of the worst invasions of privacy," Christopher Chaney says
  • Chaney says he was not attempting to sell anything
  • Victims include Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Christina Aguilera

Editor's note: For more on Christopher Chaney's apology, visit CNN affiliate WAWS/WTEV.

(CNN) -- Christopher Chaney, the man accused of hacking celebrities' online accounts from which private images were ultimately posted on the Internet, will be in court Friday for an identity hearing.

Earlier this week, Chaney said he became "addicted" to the intrusion and "didn't know how to stop."

"I deeply apologize. I know what I did was probably one of the worst invasions of privacy someone could experience," Christopher Chaney told CNN affiliate WAWS/WTEV in Jacksonville, Florida, on Wednesday.

"And these people don't have privacy to begin with. And I was in that little sliver of privacy they do have."

Federal authorities accuse the 35-year-old of hacking into accounts on computers and other devices belonging to more than 50 people, including movie stars Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis and singer Christina Aguilera.

Chaney was indicted on charges of accessing protected computers without authorization, damaging protected computers, wiretapping and aggravated identity theft, officials said.

"Unfortunately, Mr. Chaney was able to access nude photos of some of the celebrities and some of them were uploaded on the Internet," U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte Jr. said Wednesday.

A recently circulated nude photo of Johannsson is part of the investigation, he said.

Chaney allegedly "also took financial information, movie scripts and conversations that the celebrities believed to be private," Birotte told reporters.

The FBI's Los Angeles office said he was arrested as part of "Operation Hackerazzi," which looked into computer intrusions targeting individuals associated with the entertainment industry.

In the interview with WAWS/WTEV, Chaney said the hacking "started as curiosity and it turned into just being, you know, addicted to seeing the behind-the-scenes of what's going on with these people you see on the big screen every day."

"It just happened and snowballed," he said, adding that he wishes it had never begun.

Chaney said he felt "almost relieved months ago" when authorities seized his computer because "I didn't know how to stop doing it myself. I wasn't attempting to break into e-mails and get stuff to sell or purposely put it on the Internet. It just -- I don't know."

Authorities allege that Chaney distributed photos of the celebrities that he obtained illegally and offered them to various celebrity blog sites. Some of the illegally obtained files, including private photographs, were ultimately posted online "as a result of Chaney's alleged activities," authorities said in a statement.

"I've had like six months to think about it," Chaney said, "it eats at me... When you're doing it you're not thinking about what's going on with who you're doing it to."

Chaney allegedly was able to access passwords by monitoring social media and other online sites that the celebrities used, said Steven Martinez, assistant director in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles field office.

"You may have selected a password that's meaningful to you that you may disclose online with friends," Martinez said. "Your pet's name or whatever. That's a clue to a hacker, to start there."

The suspect used several aliases such as "trainreqsuckswhat," "anonygrrl," and "jaxjaguars911," authorities said in a news release.

Chaney also allegedly used public sources to mine data about his victims, which included both males and females, all associated with the entertainment industry, authorities said.

Authorities allege that once Chaney hacked into a celebrity's e-mail account, he would use the contact lists to find other celebrities' e-mail accounts. This allowed him to add new victims, authorities charge.

Chaney made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Jacksonville, Florida, on Wednesday afternoon, and was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond with the conditions that he can't use any computer or other device with Internet access and he can't have any controlled substances or excessive use of alcohol, said Laura Eimiller, an FBI spokeswoman in Los Angeles.

At 10:30 a.m. Friday, he will appear in the same courthouse for the identity hearing, Eimiller said.

Chaney has been indicted on nine counts of computer hacking for gain, eight counts of aggravated identify theft, and nine counts of illegal wiretapping, Birotte said.

If convicted of the 26 counts, Chaney would face a maximum of 121 years in federal prison, Birotte said. The aggravated identity theft charge alone carries a mandatory two-year prison sentence, he added.

Chaney allegedly set his victims' accounts to automatically forward their e-mails to his account, Birotte said. This allegedly allowed Chaney to continue to receive celebrities' e-mails even after a password was reset, authorities said.

Martinez said authorities coined the term "hackerazzi" to describe this kind of intrusion.

"The paparazzi is always chasing them down, and now you have a virtual way of doing it by looking at posts they put on social media sites," Martinez said.

In 2005, hackers logged into Paris Hilton's phone and stole photos of her, according to Mikko Hypponen, chief research officer at the F-Secure computer security company. Those hackers reportedly were able to break into Hilton's phone by correctly guessing the not-so-secret answer to her security question, which was "tinkerbell," the name of her pet Chihuahua.

In August, rapper Kreayshawn wrote on her blog that her Twitter account was hacked when naked photos of her showed up there.

In March, Vanessa Hudgens of "High School Musical" underwent a similar ordeal after photos were reportedly stolen from her Gmail account.

And in December, police in Germany alleged two young men had used computer-hacking skills to gain access to the e-mail accounts and photos of more than 50 celebrities, according to Britain's The Telegraph, including the likes of Lady Gaga and Ke$ha.

In the wake of the latest celebrity hacking allegations, some have started to assume celebrity photo leaks are the newest front in the so-called "hacktivist" wars, waged by big-name hacking rings such as Anonymous and LulzSec. Those groups have claimed responsibility for taking down bank and government websites.

But security experts said connections between celebrity hackers and groups such as Anonymous are thin or nonexistent.

"It's obviously to gain media exposure, right?" said Kevin Mitnick, a hacker turned security consultant and author of "Ghost in the Wires." "It's like everyone is trying to one-up Anonymous and one-up LulzSec. So somehow celebrities are becoming a target."

CNN's Michael Martinez, Josh Levs, Carey Bodenheimer and John D. Sutter contributed to this report.

Defense: Key tactic in Jackson case dumped in May (AP)

LOS ANGELES ? A defense lawyer has disclosed in court that he knew months before trial that a key theory that Michael Jackson drank propofol would have to be abandoned.

Defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan made the statement in court Friday without the jury present in the case against Dr. Conrad Murray.

The judge and prosecutors were surprised when they were told earlier this week about the change in tactics.

The disclosure Friday came after prosecutor David Walgren complained that he is dealing with an ever-changing defense case.

Flanagan declared that was not true.

Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor said he had never been advised in advance that the oral ingestion theory would be dropped.

Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

ABOVE: Ryan accused Natasha of selling her story for plastic surgery

THERE are few things worse than running into your ex in the middle of the street, especially when it's your former mistress and you're with your wife.

Ryan Giggs and his wife Stacey had a blazing row with his ex-lover Natasha in the middle of the street when they came face to face for the first time since Natasha revealed the details of their alleged eight-year affair.

According to the Daily Star, Ryan and Stacey confronted Natasha when they spotted her out and about in Manchester earlier this week.

One onlooker claimed that Ryan "went nuts" and accused her of selling her story just to fund her boob job.

But Natasha, who was married to Ryan's brother at the time of their fling, wasn't having any of it and was quick to tell him to "f*** off" before mocking him for "still playing happy families".

Stacey is then said to have called Natasha a "slag" before the feud continued on Twitter.

Natasha took to her Twitter page to rant, posting: "That awkward moment when u bump into the one person u never thought you would see again.... with his lapdog!!... hahaha actual lapdog...also referred to as ?the wife?. [sic]"

She then called Ryan a "t*t".

Ryan's spokesperson refused to comment on the row, while Natasha's spokesperson said: "things came to a head."

We'll say!
