The Bachelor Pad contestant, who recently went under the knife for a nose job, was photographed at Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday with a bandage on her nose and bruises around her eyes.
"I want my surgery to be looked at as positive reflection of how I feel," the winer of The Bachelor winner recently Tweeted about getting the procedure. "If it makes you feel better about yourself then DO IT."
Girardi, 25, will be back in the spotlight beginning Aug. 8, when the second season of Bachelor Pad premieres on ABC.
"I think it's going to be a complete s? show to be honest with you and I can't wait," season 1 winner Natalie Getz says of the new season. "It's going to be super dramatic."
At least some of the drama is likely to involve Girardi, who will appear alongside her boyfriend, The Bachelorette contestant Kasey Kahl, and her ex, The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka.
