ROBERT Pattinson has taken girlfriend Kristen Stewart on a tour of the sights in his hometown Barnes, Surrey. N'awwwh.

It looks like Robert Pattinson has more than made up for his little slip of calling Kristen Stewart an alien. Phew!

The superstar couple were spotted while out and about in Barnes as R Patz took his girlfriend on a whistle-stop tour of his childhood, including his primary school, the local cafe he used to hang out in and his old pub.

Although the couple were supposed to be in disguise wearing blonde and ginger wigs, local Twilight fans could spot the pair from a mile off in the scenic suburb.

It looks like things are going from strength-to-strength for the couple but according to Kristen marriage is not on the cards because she doesn't think relationships need to be legally recognised. No hard feelings, Rob!

Her alter-ego Bella Swan, however, is set to walk down the aisle and marry Robert's character Edward Cullen in Breaking Dawn Part 1 when it hits cinemas in November. But who will catch the bouquet?
