The singer was the guest of honour at the amfAR Inspiration Gala held at the city's Pavillon Gabriel and she picked up the organisation's Piaget Award of Inspiration for her support of AIDS research programs.
Fergie was without her husband Josh Duhamel, who was in Russia for the premiere of his latest Transformers movie, and was instead escorted by fashion designer Marc Jacobs.
Other stars at the gala included Kanye West, Diane Kruger and Dita Von Teese.
