From the East to West Coast, check out some of your favorite celebs out and about in this edition of GPS!

First, we caught Sofia Vergara outside of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" in Hollywood last night waving to hordes of fans and paparazzi.

"Glee" stars Cory Monteith and Mark Salling took a break from shooting to check out hats at the Lids store in Times Square yesterday while Chris Colfer chatted with fans and onlookers.

Kate Hudson gets quickly escorted to her car after leaving Goldie Hawn's Foundation Launch Party in NYC last night, while in Hollywood, Jennifer Love Hewitt got similar treatment as she headed to the TCM Classic Film Festival.

Finally, we see Will Ferrell showing love to fans and signing autographs at the 'Everything Must Go' premiere in NYC.
