Katherine Heigl makes a funny face as she leaves her car on Friday (April 22) in Studio City, Calif.
The 32-year-old actress was surprised to see photographers as she headed out for the day. Katherine carried her favorite Valentino leopard print bag for her outing.
Earlier in the week, Kat stepped out in a western inspired outfit as she dropped by a studio for business.
Kat was also spotted getting manicures and pedicures with her momager, Nancy, earlier in the month.
