'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans -- No Jail for Girl-on-Girl Beatdown

Jenelle Evans will not go to jail for beating the crap out of another woman back in March -- unless she messes up again sometime in the next 12 months.

Evans had been charged with simple affray -- and today she was sentenced to 30 days suspended jail time and 12 months probation .... which means she'll stay out of the slammer if she can stay clean.

Evans was also ordered to pay a $100 fine, take anger management courses, perform 24 hours of community service -- and she's not allowed to have any contact with any of the people who were present at the fight.

As for the other woman in the beatdown, Britany Truett -- she received the same sentence.

Jenelle's attorney tells us, "It came out that it wasn?t Janelle being the aggressor and Ms. Truett as the victim. It was presented as a bad decision on everybody?s part and I don?t think there was a single victim in the case.?

Marty McFly Shoes -- First Pair Sells for $37,500

GREAT SCOTT!!!!!!!

The very first pair of the Nike Air Mag -- the Marty McFly shoe from "Back to the Future II" was auctioned off in L.A. last night ... and the winning bidder dropped $37,500!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The auction -- co-hosted by Joel McHale -- went down at the Montalban Theater ... and after an INTENSE stand-off between two shoe-a-holics ... the winner was eventually crowned.

Along with the shoes, the winner also received a "plutonium case" where he can store his "McFly's"

Oh, and McHale also promised to throw in a puppy ... we'll find out if he REALLY meant it.

So far, the identity of the buyer remains a secret ... we're guessing it won't be for long.

FYI -- all of the proceeds from the auction benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

ROBERT Pattinson has taken girlfriend Kristen Stewart on a tour of the sights in his hometown Barnes, Surrey. N'awwwh.

It looks like Robert Pattinson has more than made up for his little slip of calling Kristen Stewart an alien. Phew!

The superstar couple were spotted while out and about in Barnes as R Patz took his girlfriend on a whistle-stop tour of his childhood, including his primary school, the local cafe he used to hang out in and his old pub.

Although the couple were supposed to be in disguise wearing blonde and ginger wigs, local Twilight fans could spot the pair from a mile off in the scenic suburb.

It looks like things are going from strength-to-strength for the couple but according to Kristen marriage is not on the cards because she doesn't think relationships need to be legally recognised. No hard feelings, Rob!

Her alter-ego Bella Swan, however, is set to walk down the aisle and marry Robert's character Edward Cullen in Breaking Dawn Part 1 when it hits cinemas in November. But who will catch the bouquet?

Convicted Playmate -- My Husband Slapped Me ... So I Shot Him

The Playboy Playmate who shot her husband in the chest last year told police she only pulled the trigger AFTER he slapped her in the face ... this according to new court docs obtained by TMZ.

66-year-old Victoria Rathgeb -- who was the 1968 Playmate of the Year under the name Angela Dorian -- spoke with investigators following the shooting ... who claim she never "expressed remorse or regret for her actions."

Officers say Victoria told them she and her husband had gotten into an argument inside their Hollywood apartment ... and after he grabbed his things and started to leave, she grabbed her gun and followed him.

Victoria claimed her husband then slapped her in the face, so she shot him. The victim also spoke to police about the incident, but made no mention of slapping her. He DID say that Victoria had been constantly accusing him of cheating ... and often verbally abused him.

Investigators concluded that Victoria "has a serious and violent anger management problem, and lacks impulse control. This type of behavior cannot be minimized, tolerated or justified."

Victoria pled no contest to attempted voluntary manslaughter earlier this week and was sentenced to 9 years behind bars.

Judge gives go-ahead for Madonna lawsuit

Karen George filed suit against the Material Girl in 2009, claiming the singer and her guests would spend up to three hours a day dancing to "high-decibel amplified music" and creating a "pounding noise and vibration".

She claims Madonna breached noise levels at the residential building in Manhattan and is demanding damages from the star.

On Wednesday (07Sep11), Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Louis York refused Madonna's request to have the suit dismissed, giving George permission to pursue the case.

He said, "One of the most basic functions of a residence is to provide shelter from the outside world for its occupants to think, interact and relax in peace. If the noise caused by Madonna's activities prevented (George) from being able to use her apartment for these purposes, then the warrant of habitability has been breached."

Madonna no longer lives in the building. A spokeswoman for the star tells the New York Daily News, "She has always been a wonderful neighbour and has lived there for over two decades in complete compliance to all rules of the building."

Tapes Reveal Air Traffic Horror On 9/11

Audio recordings, which reveal in real-time how US air traffic controllers and the military reacted to the September 11 terror attacks, have been released.

The audio also includes the voice of Mohamed Atta, the terrorist ringleader who piloted one of the two hijacked passenger planes that crashed into the World Trade Centre in New York.

For the first time, he is heard saying: "We have some planes. Just stay quiet and we'll be OK. We are returning to the airport."

He then said: "Nobody move. Everything will be ok. If you try to make any moves you will injure yourself and the airplane. Just stay quiet."

Terrorist Ziad Jarrah, who piloted the jet that crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, was heard saying: "Please sit down and remain sitting. We have a bomb on board.

"This is the captain. I would like you all to remain seated. We have a bomb on board and are going back to the airport and have our demands, so please remain quiet."

Some of the recordings, which stretch across two hours on the morning of 9/11, have never been heard in public before.

The exchanges among air traffic controllers begin with early reports of hijackings and include the scrambling of fighter jets.

In one excerpt, someone in a New York radar control centre said: "Another one just hit the building."

Someone responded: "Oh my God."

And then: "Another one just hit it hard. ... Another one just hit the World Trade."

It is followed by: "The whole building just, ah, came apart."

Sky's Tim Marshall said: "What you find is that all the time, air traffic control were several minutes behind the actual events.

"You also find an absolute sense of clarity which the professionals have of doing their job amid the mayhem."

This is the first time the recordings have been pulled together and published in full.

They were due to be compiled for the 9/11 commission into the attacks but the task was not completed by the time the commission published its report in 2004.

Sky's Hannah Thomas-Peter said: "One of the researchers who investigated on behalf of the 9/11 commission has recently finished his task.

"He decided to dig all those recordings out of the national archive, put them all together and publish them on the Rutgers Law Review website and that is why they are coming to light now."

Nearly 3,000 people were killed when terrorists hijacked four planes, including one that smashed into the Pentagon, 10 years ago.

What happens when you cast two reality TV stars-turned-fashion designers on a competitive show?

According to a tabloid report, Nicole Richie and Jessica Simpson are at war on the set of their upcoming reality show Fashion Star ? but Richie is setting the record straight.

"I'll tell you right now that that couldn't be further from the truth," Richie, 29, told Ryan Seacrest Thursday on his radio show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest. "I actually love and adore Jessica."

� "I've known her for years, first of all, so I already knew who she was as a person," Richie added. "Who she is is someone who's very kind, very sweet and extremely smart and a great businesswoman and someone that I really respect ... I actually couldn't love someone or respect someone more."

In addition to Simpson, who announced she was joining�Fashion Star in June, the series will feature menswear designer John Varvatos and host Elle Macpherson. The celebrity mentors will work with aspiring designers as they compete for a chance to win a multi-million dollar contract to start their own brands.

"I'm really excited and it's something that I'm extremely honored to be a part of," Richie said of the show. "We have a lot of fun on it."
